Is the Universal Towel the same size as a standard yoga mat?

The Universal Towel works well with both standard-length and oversized mats. The measurement of 72"x25" allows for the towel to completely cover your mat and is beneficial for those who sweat a lot.

What is the best way to care for my towel?

Wash with like colors using a mild detergent. 

What is the hand towel used for?

The hand towel can be used in many ways that can benefit your exercise practice. In certain poses, it will prevent your hands from slipping. Try it in a Barre class as a tool for holding the bar or simply to absorb the sweat from your face and body. 

Do you ship internationally?
